Following a brand refresh, the client needed a PowerPoint template that could support consistent communication. With a large library of existing presentations requiring conversion to the new identity, the challenge was integrating new distinctive bar-shaped graphics into an easy-to-use system that would enable rapid adoption while remaining practical for everyday users.
I designed a template engineered to simplify the application of what had become a more intricate visual identity through a suite of modular layouts, layered image treatments and technical master elements. Careful consideration was given to the construction of custom bar-shaped placeholders, to give users flexibility while maintaining visual consistency across every presentation.
Attention was given to typography, spacing and grid systems, ensuring the template felt intuitive to use while maintaining a high standard of design across a wide range of content, from internal communications to data-heavy presentations.
The result was a scalable template that enabled internal teams across a global organisation of more than 40,000 employees, to quickly adopt the refreshed identity across existing decks and create new, polished, presentations without requiring ongoing design support.
Due to client confidentiality agreements, this project has been anonymised for portfolio purposes. Branding, content and proprietary information have been removed or replaced while preserving the overall design approach.
