The client required a refresh of an existing investor presentation to improve the communication of complex financial data and support more effective stakeholder engagement. The challenge was to create something that felt new and engaging while remaining aligned with brand guidelines and flexible enough for regular content updates.
I redesigned the deck around a clear information hierarchy, using contrast, annotation and purposeful data visualisation to simplify dense content. The presentation was future-proofed and created as a fully editable system, allowing figures and content to be updated seamlessly without compromising consistency or design quality.
Existing bullet-heavy slides were transformed into clear, focused layouts that strengthened the connection between the data and the key messages. By highlighting the most important metrics and reducing unnecessary complexity, the presentation reduced cognitive load without sacrificing accuracy or detail.
The result was a professional investor deck that balanced financial precision with effective visual communication, helping stakeholders engage with key insights more confidently and enabling the client to communicate their story with greater clarity.
