The client required a Microsoft Word template that could support the creation of complex legal documentation while maintaining a professional and consistent visual standard.
I designed a document system built around a clear set of styles, automated formatting rules and content hierarchies. Bespoke diagrams were created as fully editable components, allowing users to update content while maintaining a level of visual polish not typically associated with Microsoft Word.
The template was carefully structured to balance flexibility with document control, enabling non-designers to create, edit and manage content without compromising consistency.
The result was a scalable document solution that reduced manual effort, improved efficiency and minimised the risk of formatting errors across complex documents.
Due to client confidentiality agreements, this project has been anonymised for portfolio purposes. Branding, content and proprietary information have been removed or replaced while preserving the overall design approach.

Creation

Once approved, your collaborative template is built with usability at its core. From ToCs and text style hierarchies, to tables, diagrams and automated fields, every element is carefully engineered to make document creation simpler and more consistent for end users.
Launch
Following the final review, every layout and functional detail is refined, and the file is prepared for delivery.
You'll receive a fully optimised template that is intuitive to use and future-proof. User guides or training sessions can also be provided, ensuring teams of all skill levels have the confidence to create polished, on-brand documents from day one.
