Following the client's rebrand, they required a presentation template that captured the energy of the new brand identity while remaining intuitive, robust and accessible for employees across the organisation.
Working within the native capabilities of Google Slides, I designed and built a presentation system that balanced brand expression with everyday usability. The refreshed identity was translated into a suite of flexible templates featuring structured layouts, reusable assets, content libraries and carefully considered design components that could be used consistently across a wide range of presentations.
Particular attention was given to creating a solution that would work effectively within a collaborative, cloud-based environment. By simplifying complex design decisions and providing clear guidance, users were able to create professional, on-brand presentations regardless of their level of design experience.
The result was a presentation toolkit that supported brand adoption and enabled teams to communicate with greater consistency, confidence and efficiency.
Due to client confidentiality agreements, this project has been anonymised for portfolio purposes. Branding, content and proprietary information have been removed or replaced while preserving the overall design approach.

Strategy
Every template project begins by understanding how your team creates presentations. Together, we'll define your brand requirements, technical needs and template objectives to ensure the final solution is both visually effective and practical to use.
Everyone's way of working is different. Some clients prefer a quick video call, while others manage the entire project via email. Either approach works perfectly.
Creation
Within a few days, you'll receive a visual concept showcasing a selection of key layouts and template components. This allows us to align on the overall direction before the full system is built.
Once approved, your collaborative template is built with usability at its core. Where Google platform limitations exist, I develop practical workarounds and design solutions that preserve both usability and visual quality, to make presentation creation simpler for end users.
Launch
Following the final review, every layout and functional detail is refined, and the file is prepared for delivery.
You'll receive a fully optimised template that is intuitive to use and future-proof. User guides or training sessions can also be provided, ensuring teams of all skill levels have the confidence to create polished, on-brand presentations from day one.
