Example project summary
During my agency work, I designed and delivered presentation content for Esri's annual conferences across England, Wales, and Scotland. Working with a diverse range of organisations, I developed presentation experiences for speakers from sectors including retail, environmental conservation, engineering, utilities, and local government. Each project required translating complex GIS, mapping, and data-driven content into clear, engaging visual narratives tailored to both the speaker and audience.
A key aspect of this work was adapting to the unique branding, communication styles, and objectives of each organisation. From global consumer brands such as Domino's to organisations including the National Trust, Mott MacDonald, and Scottish Fisheries Coordination Centre, every presentation demanded a different creative approach while maintaining the high production standards expected of a flagship industry event. Working as the sole designer on these decks, the role required strong stakeholder collaboration, rapid turnaround of content, and the ability to create compelling visual stories from highly technical subject matter.
